Water has the ability to cool and remove the intensity of the heat from the affected skin, whereas the antiseptic factor complements with its germicidal action to the prevention of all possible infections until the person is transferred for further medical assistance. The antiseptic agent also offers additional reassuring in the quality of the drinking Water used on the burned skin.
